Hourly Studio Rental
Service Description
Perfect for quick sessions, photoshoots, content creation, meetings, or small creative projects. The Hourly Studio Rental provides access to the studio space only. If you need a specific furniture layout, props, or a styled setup, please select the appropriate add-on and share your details at the time of booking. Minimum 1-hour booking. Setup and breakdown time must be included within your reserved time.
Cancellation Policy
Boston Modern Studio is proudly operated by Boston Modern Design. By booking or entering the studio all clients agree to the following terms and conditions. Bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your rental. Your scheduled start and end time include setup and breakdown; the studio must be vacated at the exact time your booking ends. Any overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your booking. If you cancel within 24 hours, a fee will apply: -$50 for full-day bookings -$25 for hourly or half-day bookings. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full booking amount. If canceled more than 24 hours in advance, you may receive a refund or studio credit. If canceled within 24 hours, the appropriate cancellation fee will be deducted. Furniture, props, and styled setups are not included with any booking unless you purchase the add-on. If you require a specific layout or set design, you must select the styling add-on and share your setup details at the time of booking so our team can prepare the space accordingly. Clients are welcome to use the studio space as-is. The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. All trash should be placed in the bins provided. Any excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their vendors. Free parking is available outside the studio. A restroom and private changing room are located on-site. The studio lights turn on automatically, and heating or AC may be used during your session, but must be turned off before you leave. An access code will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Boston Modern Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind property. Clients assume full responsibility for themselves and all members of their party. By renting the studio, you agree to hold Boston Modern Studio and Boston Modern Design harmless from any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your rental. The studio may be used for photography, videography, workshops, classes, and other creative sessions. Boston Modern Studio may use tagged social media content for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. By booking the studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies listed above.
