Our rates are as follows: Hourly - $125/hr Half Day (4 hours) - $100/hr ($400) Full Day (8 hours) - $80/hr ($640) Rental includes access to our blank space for your creation Looking for a curated space? Add-on set-design to any rental for $50! you send us your inspo & we curate the space!

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Boston Modern Studio!

We LOVE our furry friends, we are absolutely pet friendly!

Yes, plenty of space to get ready. We also have two bathrooms onsite. BM Tip: Have your whole glam squad meet you at the studio & make a day out of your shoot!

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred weekday. For weekend studio hours, we suggest booking a month ahead to ensure availability.

Extensions are possible if there’s no booking immediately after yours. Additional time will be billed at our hourly rate.

Yes! We provide high-quality paper backdrops along with a backdrop stand system, including support poles and crossbars, to ensure a seamless setup for your shoot.

Yes! You are welcome to bring props or small furniture, but please inform us in advance for larger items or elaborate setups.

Yes! We offer studio tours by appointment — just reach out to set up a walkthrough with us.
